Lucie is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer who has spent her career telling meaningful stories across platforms and formats. She currently works as a Senior Producer in Integrated Marketing at Finn Partners, where she brings storytelling expertise and creative leadership to brand campaigns.
A dual citizen of France and the United States and fluent in French, Lucie brings a global perspective to her work, collaborating with diverse teams to create content that inspires and connects audiences. Her experience spans network television, documentary film, branded content, and integrated marketing—always with a focus on narrative impact and strategic execution.
Recent work includes producing the Boot Barn 2024 Fashion Show and contributing to L’Oréal’s Women of Worth campaign. Lucie’s earlier projects include CNN’s United Shades of America, Chelsea Handler’s Netflix documentary series Chelsea Does…, and MTV’s Catfish: The TV Show. Her roles have included managing talent, shaping story arcs, and overseeing creative execution both in the field and in post-production.
A self-proclaimed documentary nerd, Lucie directed, produced, and edited Arresting Ana, a film exploring the potential criminalization of the Pro-Ana movement in France. The documentary earned the Margaret and Will Hearst Prize for Documentary Excellence, an IDA Documentary Award Nomination, and a Student Academy Award Nomination. A short version aired on PBS , while the full-length film is distributed by Women Make Movies. She also directed Bonded by Labor, a short documentary addressing child labor and trafficking in India.
Lucie holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from New York University and a master’s degree in journalism and documentary filmmaking from UC Berkeley.
In addition to her professional work, Lucie has raised $100,000 to build two elementary schools with buildOn in Nepal and Nicaragua and has mentored young women through MOSTe, supporting their journeys to higher education.
An avid figure skater, Lucie is a member of the Nashville Figure Skating Club and is a skater on the ice crew for the Nashville Predators.
